Each user that has access to the Orbit Support mailbox also has the ability to send email using the Orbit Support email address rather then their own.
Follow the steps below.
Add the From Button
Start a new Message
1. Click the Options Tab
The From button will now appear.
Select The Sender
Follow these steps when you are in the Reply email.
1. Click the From: button.
2. Select the address from which you wish to send. (if you have not send from orbitsupport before you must select Other E-mail Address...)
Add Orbit Support E-mail Address
In the new window type in orbitsupport and click OK.
The sender should now display email@example.com.
You may now send the E-mail and it will appear to have come from Orbit Support.
