Reset ActiveSync Settings on Windows Mobile Phone

If you are having problems with your ActiveSync connection to Exchange it may help to reset the configuration.  Naturally you do not want to reset the entire phone.  It is possible to reset only ActiveSync.

  1. Go to ActiveSync.
  2. Click Menu.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Select Exchange Server.
  5. Click Menu.
  6. Click Delete.

You can now recreate the Exchange connection.
